End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Guard Cloud OPC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Project PLK client on devices you personally own or control, for personal non-commercial entertainment.

• You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the game client.
• You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the game.
• You may not use the game to host private servers, bypass authentication, or extract assets.
• You may not use automated software (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interact with the game.

We may update the game at any time. Updates are part of the licensed software. Older versions may stop working after major releases.

The game collects anonymized performance, crash, and gameplay telemetry to improve stability and balance. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Guard Cloud OPC and Studio PG. This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the game or its assets.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms, or upon termination of your account. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the game from your devices.

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
