Terms of Service

By creating a Project PLK account, downloading the game, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to play. Players under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The game is rated 12+ by international classification boards.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Account sharing, selling, trading, or transferring is strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent ban.

Optional purchases of cosmetic items, convenience items, and currency are processed via App Store or Google Play under their respective terms.

All purchases are final except where required by platform policy or applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted via the platform store first.

Virtual currency and items have no monetary value, are non-transferable between accounts, and may be removed at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other players.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts, items, or currency outside official channels.
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our servers or game client.
• Use the chat system to share personal information, spam, or commercial content.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.

All game content, artwork, music, characters, lore, and trademarks are owned by Guard Cloud OPC and Studio PG. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal entertainment. You may stream, record, and share gameplay non-commercially. Commercial use requires written permission.

Any content you submit (fan art entries, chat messages, support tickets, profile customization) grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the game.

We aim for high availability but make no warranty of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, and platform-side outages may temporarily affect access. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and we may delete account data subject to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guard Cloud OPC and Studio PG are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost progression, or lost virtual items. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines (place of incorporation of Guard Cloud OPC). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, except where mandatory local consumer law in your country applies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-game and via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
