Project PLK is developed and operated by Guard Cloud OPC (“we”, “us”, “our”), with development carried out by Studio PG. Our service domain is itcom999.net.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit itcom999.net, pre-register for the game, participate in beta tests, or play Project PLK on iOS or Android.

• Pre-registration information — email address, preferred platform, and consent to receive launch communications.
• Account information — when you create an account, we collect username, password (hashed), email, and platform identifier (Apple ID or Google Play ID).
• Gameplay data — heroes owned, progress, in-game purchases, match history, and chat logs (only when reported).
• Device & technical data — device model, OS version, IP address, app crash reports, anonymized analytics.
• Communications — support tickets, fraud reports, and your correspondence with our team.

• To deliver, secure, and improve the game and our services.
• To send launch notifications, beta invitations, and important service announcements.
• To process in-game purchases via App Store and Google Play.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, cheating, and abuse.
• To respond to support inquiries and content moderation.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and platform obligations.

We share personal information only as needed:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) for hosting, under data processing agreements.
• App Store and Google Play for payment processing (we never see your full card number).
• Analytics and crash-reporting tools for technical performance, anonymized where possible.
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell personal information.

Project PLK is operated globally. Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your home country, including Singapore, the United States, and the European Union. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Project PLK is rated 12+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact privacy@itcom999.net and we will delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@itcom999.net. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Pre-registration data is kept until 90 days after launch unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Account data is retained while your account is active. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 consecutive months of inactivity, with prior notice.

We maintain technical and organizational measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3, AES-256), access controls, audit logging, and continuous vulnerability monitoring.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-game and via email. The effective date above will always reflect the latest version.
